SEPTIC INSPECTION

J. Peabody & Son Septic Inspections will inspect the septic tank, distribution box, the leach field and pipes. We will open the tank, check the sludge levels and baffles. We will remove and clean the screen/filter if the outlet baffle is equipped with one.

Using the latest camera technology, we will run a pipe camera to the leach field to ensure that there are no blockages, broken pipes or leaks. The septic camera can extend up to 100 feet to get an inside look of the condition of the pipes and septic tank.

SEWER LINE INSPECTION

J. Peabody & Son Septic Inspections will inspect from the cleanout to the city sewer connection.

We will use the septic/sewer camera to scope the piping. We look for root and vegetation blockages, broken and or separated pipes. We verify the type of piping used and its overall condition. Once we reach the city sewer main or extent of camera reach we identify it's location and depth below grade.
